Welcome back to the humble digital tavern and the wonderful Quest Board contained within. This is a very special edition, as its the 10th board, which means we have shown off 50 wonderful shows! Lets get right down to it with these amazing gigs.
Lets kick off this special one with a trip to a venue that’s brand new to the quest board (but certainly not the scene), we are going to Paul’s Place for a show featuring Lucas McCain (of Anthway, Set Balance Fade, and Join And Look. A Day Without Love brings light pop punk about being a DIY band on the road, and Troubadour Davis rounds this one out. show number 2 on the slate, we move to Somerville, as our old friends at Get2thegig are brining Bloomsday, Mali Velasquez, and Sweet Petunia to Warehouse XI in Somerville on the 19th of September. Come out for some folk and alt rock sounds!
In the third slot, we go back to the Get2thegig rabbit hole, this time at the Rockwell for some pop singer/songwriter vibes from Sylvie, John Andrews, and Doss on the 24th of September!
for the 4th show, we are switching it up, and goin down the punk route. Heading over to Cambridge, its Film And Gender throwing down with K.O Queen, along with Silent Spring who brings the screamo, and Kisspink adds to this one. Happening on September 8th at the Cambridge Community Center, this will be a moshers paradise!
On the last show of this Quest Board, and the 50th Gig presented, we go outside of the normal bounds, to AS220 in Providence, for another Quahog Emonite! Featuring Awfully Pretty, BulletsBetweenTounge, GrimLitter, Empty Shell Casing, and Geronimostiltion. A range of genres under the emo umbrella to enjoy and revel in on September 1st. Go be sad in the most fun way imaginable!
